For Dr. Ryan House, pediatric ophthalmology isn’t just a profession—it’s been part of his life since childhood. Inspired by his mother’s work as a pediatric ophthalmologist in Central Kansas, Dr. House grew up around eye exams, surgical care, and international volunteer trips that shaped his early understanding of service and purpose.

A Path Shaped Early, Refined Through Training

Dr. House earned his medical degree from the University of Kansas, followed by an ophthalmology residency at Loma Linda University in California. He then completed a highly regarded pediatric ophthalmology and strabismus fellowship at Riley Children’s Hospital in Indianapolis, where he received advanced surgical training and specialized experience with complex pediatric eye conditions.
