Tiny Cyst, Big Difference
The subtle fullness above Rachel’s left eye was caused by a congenital dermoid cyst, a common benign growth that develops before birth. While not dangerous, these cysts typically become more noticeable as children grow.
The photograph on the right was taken just one week after surgery. The dermoid was removed through a hidden eyelid-crease incision, restoring the natural contour of the brow while keeping visible scarring to a minimum.
