Mustafa came to see us because of a mass growing above his left eye.   By history and exam, this was most likely a dermoid.  When Mustafa joined Dr. Lichtenstein in the operating room, about 30 minutes later a large dermoid was delivered and the skin closed.  45 minutes after that, home he went!   Even though he’s been busy picking at the incision, Mustafa is already on the way to healing beautifully; his scarring will be minimal and might not even be noticeable in a few months.
