Exotropia
Presentation
Mario presented with a large outward eye turn (exotropia) that made his eye alignment noticeably asymmetric.
Treatment
After careful evaluation and discussion, surgical correction was recommended. Mario underwent strabismus surgery involving two eye muscles on the left eye and one eye muscle on the right. The procedure was completed efficiently and safely.
Outcome
Postoperative photographs show a well‑aligned, natural appearance. Mario’s eyes now work together comfortably, and his overall facial balance is markedly improved.
